my tips:

for atk, def, str, mag, rng, slay, and hitpoints, always do a slayer task. this gets slayer up and can get your skills up as well.
summoning.. i really dont know 0.0
prayer, dont know really lol. bury any bones you see

Magic tips (from the clan mage): Going to the mage training arena and spending all the points you get on several pairs of infinity boots is probably the most boring way to train mage but inreturn for doing it you actually gain cash. This is what i did from lvl 60-90.
Another way to train mage is to get about 15-20k chaos runes and about 45-60k air runes and a lava staff. With all of that you go to iron or steel dragons (your choice, same place) and with CHAOS GUANTLETS you'll be able to hit 15s with your fire bolts and since iron dragons are weak to fire spells the chances of you hitting are high. The chances of you making money while higher even with a ring of wealth are very very small but its very good training exp and a lot more fun then Mage training arena. I did this from level 90-94
Option three is to high alch. Generally you lose money while high alching and its very very boring and lonely and time consumming. This is why i've never done it and i dont suggest you do it.
The 4th option and final one is to do Pest Control or Soul Wars. Dooing this gives you free money and exp in not just Magic but in other combat skills as well and its a rather fun way to get your magic up.

Summoning tips, almost all creatures in runescape drop charms. Since charms aren't tradeable its highly advised to pick all charms you get from monster drops even if you're not training summoning at the moment. Some good monsters that drop lots of charms are:
Iron dragons
Steel dragons
mith dragons
Chaos elemental
KBD
KQ
Red and black dragons (most dragons drop multiple ((2-5)) charms at once. The charms usually are red and green but rarely blue or gold)
Greater demons are the best monster to get red charms from because they're easy to kill and they drop the red charms about 95% of the time.
